1. Go to http://imageshack.us or http://www.tinypic.com and upload your picture.

2. Get the "html link" or "direct link" from your uploaded picture and put " [/img] " tag before the html link of your uploaded pictures and an " [/img] " after the html link of your uploaded picture.

3. The final syntax would be like the one posted below:
